This morning, CM2 students in Sauvian received their 'Citizen Adventure' booklet, a project led by the Childhood-Youth elected officials, Marie Gimeno, Delphine Teisseire, and Christiane Guieysse, in partnership with teachers. The distribution took place in the presence of the director of the Georges-Brassens school and the primary ALP director.
The objective of this initiative is to raise children's awareness of civics and instill in them the essential values of citizenship through concrete actions. Throughout the school year, students will undertake various challenges.
Planned activities include participating in a collection for the Food Bank, attending first aid training, and taking part in a commemorative ceremony. These actions aim to teach children how to get involved, help others, and become responsible citizens.
An awards ceremony is scheduled for June to recognize their commitment. All CM2 students from the classes of Mme Dupré, Mme Gimeno, and Mme Potiquet received their copies.
This initiative aims to concretely introduce children to the values of respect, solidarity, the duty of remembrance, and living together.
