The commune of Le Soler successfully hosted the 75th edition of the Blue Week, a national event dedicated to seniors, which took place from October 5th to 11th. Throughout the week, seniors actively participated in a series of activities designed for them, emphasizing discovery, exchange, and good cheer.
The week began on Monday, October 5th, with workshops on sleep, offered by the association En Santé Ensemble. For two hours, participants learned essential keys to improving their rest quality.
Tuesday, October 6th, was marked by two events. Starting at 9:30 AM, the Mutuelle Catalane led a workshop on mental health, focusing on promoting good practices, detecting risks, improving access to care, and supporting the most vulnerable. Later that morning, from 10 AM, a group gathered at the lac du Moulin for a warm-up followed by an active walk, enjoying the natural setting while sharing a friendly moment.
The Mutuelle Catalane was present again on Thursday, October 8th, to lead a public meeting at the Espace Martin Vivès.
To conclude this festive week, on Friday, October 9th, participants met at the médiathèque Laura Vazquez for musical relaxation workshops, offering a harmonious end to this successful edition.
