The Resident Participation Fund (FPH) is a City Policy initiative designed to provide support and financial assistance for collective projects led by residents. Each initiative can receive up to €1,000.
This program targets projects for collective, friendly, solidarity-based, and environmental actions, such as organizing neighborhood parties, sports or cultural events, or creating murals or small landscaping improvements. The goal is to foster local engagement and strengthen social ties.
To be eligible, projects must take place in the priority neighborhoods of Sète and Frontignan. The FPH is open to any group of residents (minimum 3 people) living in these areas, as well as local associations supporting these projects.
Interested individuals are invited to download the operating regulations, charter, republican commitment contract, feedback form, and funding request form from the agglomeration's website. Documents can also be collected at associations and media libraries in Sète and Frontignan.
Complete applications must be submitted via email to fph@agglopole.fr at least 30 days before the project's realization date. Local development officers are available to guide project leaders. After evaluation by an attribution committee, funding can be granted as an advance, direct payment of invoices, or reimbursement upon presentation of receipts. A final report must be sent within a maximum of 3 months.
