The ACI offers salaried activity and individualized support to unemployed individuals facing social or professional difficulties, with the goal of facilitating their sustainable access to or return to employment. For many, this project is a first step to regain the rhythm and rules of the working world. Upon each hiring, a socio-professional educator develops a personalized integration plan with the employee.
This support includes a work contract (CDDI renewable up to 24 months), supervised professional simulations, group workshops on soft skills and job search techniques, training, particularly in first aid, and support in building a professional project.
ACI teams operate in the 15 communes of the Community of Communes, carrying out work on riverbanks and rivers, manual clearing, pollution removal from paths, restoration of watercourse surroundings, and maintenance of hiking trails (400 km).
They also ensure the maintenance of natural spaces and community sites such as waste disposal centers, wastewater treatment plants, and relay stations, contributing to fire risk prevention and pollution control.
The program targets young people under 26, beneficiaries of social minimums over 26, long-term job seekers, and recognized disabled workers, subject to eligibility criteria for insertion projects.
To apply, individuals can contact the Insertion Workshop at 04 68 81 84 34, by email at bergesrivieres@cc-acvi.com, or apply directly through the inclusion platform.
