The four inter-municipal communities of the Pyrénées Méditerranée region are launching a consultation for businesses and associations to develop their new Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET) for the 2027-2033 period.

The inter-municipal communities of the Pyrénées Méditerranée region (Albères – Côte Vermeille – Illibéris, Aspres, Haut Vallespir, and Vallespir) are preparing their new Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan for the 2027-2033 period. To build this plan with stakeholders, a consultation is open to businesses and associations.
Businesses and associations are invited to participate by completing an online questionnaire before November 15, 2026. The goal is to share their experience and projects for the territory's ecological transition.
The PCAET is a territory's roadmap to address climate change, reduce energy consumption, and improve air quality. It is based on three main principles: a new plan for 2027-2033, a plan involving all territorial actors (municipalities, businesses, institutions, associations), and concrete actions in numerous areas such as housing, renewable energies, mobility, waste, biodiversity, air quality, and sustainable food and agriculture.
Businesses and associations are encouraged to express their commitment by sharing the impact of climate change on their activities, the solutions they are already implementing, and their desire to engage in PCAET actions. Contributions are expected by November 15, 2026.
