The Town of Latour-Bas-Elne, in partnership with Médiance 66, offers a free service every Wednesday afternoon to assist residents with their administrative, digital, health, housing, or home support procedures.

Are you facing difficulties with online procedures, filling out forms, or accessing your rights? The Town of Latour-Bas-Elne, in partnership with Médiance 66, provides a mediator to assist you. This free and confidential service is available every Wednesday, from 2 PM to 5 PM, by appointment, at the town hall.
The mediator can help you with various procedures: administrative and digital tasks, accessing and following up on your rights, health, housing, and energy-related procedures, or finding solutions to support staying at home (home help, financial aid applications). They can also direct you to services and partners suited to your situation.
This personalized support is available to everyone, regardless of age or situation. It is provided at your own pace and in complete confidentiality.
For information and to make an appointment, please contact the town hall at 04.68.22.24.33.
This initiative is supported by the Town of Latour-Bas-Elne, in partnership with Médiance 66, and with the support of Malakoff Humanis.
