The 2026/2027 season of the gras markets will begin on Thursday, November 5 from 9 am. The Halle Occitane will welcome foie gras, magret, and other poultry enthusiasts for holiday preparations.
Local producers will be present to advise buyers on the selection and preparation of products: duck, goose, chicken, guinea fowl, turkey, whole or in pieces.
The market will be held every Thursday morning from November 5, 2026, to March 25, 2027, at the Halle Occitane.
The municipality offers an on-site cutting service to facilitate the preparation of whole products purchased.
