On September 21, 2026, the Salle des fêtes in Sérignac hosted the Steering Committee and Technical Committee for the renewal of the Global Territorial Convention (CTG) of the Community of Communes of Lomagne Tarn-et-Garonnaise (CCLTG). Led by the Kaminam firm, this working day allowed elected officials and territorial partners to review the actions carried out since 2022 and to look ahead to the future territorial social project.
Among the notable actions taken were the creation of the inter-communal Early Childhood Center with 8 additional nursery places, the establishment of leisure centers in Sérignac in partnership with the commune of Larrazet, and the completion of a youth diagnosis with the arrival of an inter-communal youth referent. Decentralized activities were also offered, notably through the intervention of Francas and the creation of information materials dedicated to pregnancy in Lomagne, as well as the organization of a healthcare and social sector job fair.
The main objective is to write a new territorial social project for the period 2026-2031, aiming to meet the needs of the entire population and improve access to services for all residents of Lomagne. This project will cover various themes such as early childhood, childhood, youth, access to rights, social life animation, mobility, housing, health, employment, and healthy aging.
Public meetings are scheduled to gather residents' needs. The first will be held on December 8, 2026 at 6 PM at the community hall in Beaumont-de-Lomagne, followed by another on February 4, 2027 at 6 PM at the cultural center in Lavit-de-Lomagne. The CCLTG invites residents to participate actively in building this new project together.
