To enhance the communal private domain and promote economic and tourism activities, the municipality of Moissac has issued a call for expressions of interest for the occupation and development of the Carmel. This call is particularly aimed at economic operators specializing in tourism and public reception.
Proposals can take the form of domain occupation offers, emphyteutic leases, acquisitions with charges, or similar contractual arrangements. Interested operators must submit their applications according to the conditions outlined in the call's regulations.
Required application documents include a letter of application, a sworn statement confirming compliance with tax and social obligations, a description of the candidate's financial, human, and technical resources, balance sheets and income statements, a presentation of similar project references, proof of professional risk insurance, CVs of project leaders and associated members, and any document demonstrating the capacity to manage the projected economic and tourism activity. Solid financial guarantees are also required.
The municipality will assess the operators' capabilities based on objective criteria defined in the call's regulations. Project proposals will be reviewed by the competent municipal commission based on three cumulative criteria: technical (activity or operational project), financial, and sustainable development. The municipality will select the most suitable project and enter into an agreement with the successful candidate.
