The modification project n°6 of the Grand Albigeois intercommunal Urban Planning Local Plan (PLUi) is made available to the public for consultation from Monday, November 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM to Thursday, December 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The project aims to open several zones for urbanization in the municipalities of Arthès, Cunac, Lescure d’Albigeois, Marssac-sur-Tarn, and Terssac. It also includes the creation of Planning and Programming Orientations (OAP) for these areas, as well as measures to reduce soil sealing and the consumption of agricultural or natural spaces.
Further regulatory changes are planned, particularly concerning social mixity sectors, zoning adjustments to align the graphic regulations with sports and leisure facility projects, the creation of a Limited Capacity Area (STECAL), and the identification of characterful built heritage for protection as Protected Built Elements (EBP).
The complete file, including the presentation report, environmental assessment report, and opinions from municipalities and Associated Public Bodies, can be consulted at the relevant town halls and at the urban planning department of the agglomeration community in Albi, at 47 bis rue Charcot. An abridged version is available at the town hall, while the full dossier is accessible online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, via registre-dematerialise.fr/7662/.
The public can submit their observations and proposals on the project via the digital register, paper registers available at the town halls, or by postal mail to the President of the electronic participation.
