For any initial registration at Castres leisure centers, a Single Family File must be completed beforehand. This file can be filled out online or downloaded from the city's website. It must then be sent or submitted, along with the necessary supporting documents, to the Espace Famille (Family Space), located at Maison des services publics, 110 avenue Maréchal Joffre, 81100 CASTRES. Registration for leisure centers requires submitting several documents to the Administrative Hub of the Childhood Service (Maison des services publics, 110 boulevard Maréchal Joffre, 81100 CASTRES – 05.63.62.40.12): a child's identity photo (4.5x3.5cm), an extracurricular civil liability insurance certificate for the 2026-2027 period, and the child's health record showing up-to-date vaccinations.
To facilitate the process, appointments can be made with the administrative hub of the Childhood Service via your personal space on the Espace Citoyens platform.
The Toussaint holidays, from October 19 to 30, 2026, will welcome children aged 3 to 14. Operating hours will be from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, or in two shifts: 7:30 AM-12:15 PM and 1:30 PM-6:30 PM. Online reservations via Espace Citoyens will open from September 30 to October 4. From October 5 onwards, registrations will be possible directly at the leisure centers.
On Wednesdays, from November 4 to December 16, 2026, nursery and elementary leisure centers will be open for children aged 3 to 14, with the same hours as during the holidays. Reservations will follow the same schedule: online from September 30 to October 4, then at the centers from October 5.
Youth leisure centers, catering to 12-17 year olds, require direct registration at the chosen center, starting October 5, 2026, for the Toussaint holidays and the specified Wednesdays.
