As the professional elections of December 10th, 2026 approach, the definitive electoral lists for CAP, CCP, and CST placed with the Management Centre have been established by the CDG81. These lists are to be published no later than October 4th, 2026, 60 days before the start of the ballot.
The lists can be consulted at the CDG81, where they are displayed on the premises. An extract is also sent by email to affiliated local authorities and establishments for posting. If a list is too voluminous to be fully displayed, the authority will indicate the location and times for consultation.
Each agent is invited to verify their status on the electoral list: their registration, their personal information, as well as their grade and administrative situation. In case of an error or omission (absence of registration, incorrect information, grade, or administrative status), the agent can submit a written claim, exclusively by email, to the CDG81. The request must specify the agent's full name, employer, and the subject of the claim, accompanied by relevant supporting documents. No claims will be processed by telephone.
Key dates to remember are: October 4th, 2026 for the publication of the lists, from October 4th to 14th, 2026 for the claims period, by October 19th, 2026 at the latest for the processing of claims and decisions, and from December 3rd to 10th, 2026 for electronic voting.
The status of an elector is assessed as of December 3rd, 2026, the first day of the electronic ballot. Modifications to the list may therefore occur under the conditions provided by the texts until the eve of the ballot.
In the event of an empty list for a ballot, meaning no voter has been registered for that ballot in the authority, concerned agents are invited to contact the professional elections department. Further information and useful documents can be found on the dedicated page of the CDG81 website.
