From 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, the public benefited from a completely free program. The offerings included screening consultations provided by midwives, a general practitioner, a nurse, and a pharmacist. Prevention workshops also addressed cardiovascular health, nutrition, self-esteem, and intimate life.
Information stands, games, and gifts complemented the day, fostering a friendly atmosphere. At the end of the day, a closing conference titled "Let's Talk Menopause!" brought together four health professionals to discuss a topic that is still too rarely addressed with the public.
The event was organized with the support of the Assurance Maladie and the Ligue contre le Cancer. The City of Mazamet expressed its gratitude to the health professionals, speakers, and all those involved in making this day a success, as well as to all the participants who attended in large numbers.
