The Communal Social Action Centre (CCAS) of Bouillargues invites its seniors to share several moments of conviviality for Seniors' Week and the year-end festivities. The detailed program and deadlines for submitting registration forms are available.
As part of Seniors' Week, a national event dedicated to retirees and the elderly from October 5 to 11, 2026, two activities are planned: a Grand Tea Party on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 2 PM at La Bergerie, and a Road Safety Bingo on the afternoon of Monday, October 5, 2026. The latter will offer three sessions at 2 PM, 3 PM, or 4 PM, with limited places. An emergency kit distribution operation will also take place during this afternoon.
Registration deadlines are imminent: registration forms for the Grand Tea Party must be returned to the CCAS before the morning of Friday, September 25, while for the Road Safety Bingo, the deadline is Monday, September 28, 2026.
For the year-end festivities in December 2026, seniors can choose between two options: the Seniors' Meal on Sunday, December 13, 2026, starting at 12 PM at La Bergerie, featuring a music-hall show, or the Gourmet Christmas Hamper. The latter will be distributed on Saturday, December 12, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Villa Rose, or delivered to the homes of those with reduced mobility. The deadline for returning the coupon for these festivities is Friday, November 6, 2026.
No reservations will be taken by phone. Documents to print, fill out, and bring to the town hall are available for download. Forms should be submitted to the CCAS – Mairie de Bouillargues, Place de l’Europe, 30230 Bouillargues.
