The Communauté de communes Coteaux Arrats Gimone (3CAG) has inaugurated the extension of its LaFourcade business park, a project aimed at balancing economic attractiveness, innovation, and land use efficiency.

Acquired in 2020, and following an extensive study phase and 18 months of construction, the development of the LaFourcade business park is now complete. A total of up to 42 plots are available to businesses, with 6 in the South and up to 36 in the North. Currently, 19 plots have already been allocated.
This inauguration served to highlight the project's exemplary nature, successfully balancing economic attractiveness, innovation, and land use efficiency. It demonstrates that a rural community of communes can be a driver of innovation.
A new phase now begins with the marketing of these plots and the welcoming of businesses that will contribute to the economic dynamism of the 3CAG territory.
