Toulouse Métropole has published a detailed list of public funding for 19 investment projects it is managing, ranging from the creation of greenways to the development of parks and infrastructure.

In accordance with regulations, Toulouse Métropole is making public the details of public funding it receives for investment operations for which it is the contracting authority. This communication aims to inform about the public subsidies granted for various projects within its territory.
Among the projects concerned is the creation of a carpooling area in Aigrefeuille (October 2026 - June 2027) with a total cost of €107,131 excluding tax, partly financed by the State. The creation of a greenway along the Route de Lavaur, between Beaupuy and Montrabé, is planned from December 2025 to December 2026 with a budget of €1,569,484 excluding tax, supported by the Occitanie Region.
Other urban developments are planned, such as the Place Papus Centrality in the priority district of Bagatelle (December 2025 - July 2031) and desimpermabilization and greening works in the Milan – Babinet (July 2026 - July 2030) and Place Grimaud (July 2026 - July 2030) neighborhoods. These projects benefit from funding from the Occitanie Region and the Agence de l’Eau Adour-Garonne.
The Grand Parc Garonne is undergoing several phases of development, notably the Couchant Nord Ile du Ramier meadow (September 2024 - July 2031) and Phase 3 of the Île du Ramier (December 2024 - 2025), supported by the Occitanie Region and the Water Agency.
Studies and works are also underway for stormwater management, flood prevention (on the Aussonnelle and Touch rivers), and reducing the vulnerability of economic activities. These initiatives receive funding from the State, the Occitanie Region, and the Water Agency.
The list also includes sustainable mobility projects such as the creation of pedestrian and cycle footbridges, the development of cycle paths and greenways, and the acquisition of hydrogen vehicles for waste collection.
