At the Occitanie League Cup, the JLSM women's crew, competing in a lower age category, secured the gold medal. The rowers from Mèze crossed the finish line nearly four seconds ahead of their rivals. The winning team consisted of Julie Gurrea, Cathy Paret, Brigitte Fajardo, Sonia Muguet, Estelle March, Sylvie Calmels, and Damien Roure.
The men from JLSM also performed well. Both the men's crew and the Tamalous team achieved second place, finishing behind Cettarames, thus contributing to a significant medal haul for the Mèze club.
The successes continued on September 27 in Valras, where the women's crew once again reached the podium at the French Cup, securing a commendable third place.
These results reflect the dedication, consistency, and team spirit of the rowers from the Jeune Lance Sportive Mézoise.
