This project, which will take the form of a podcast workshop, will involve students in Tourism BTS from the Jean Moulin high school meeting people who knew the city at different times. The aim is to bring segments of local history back to life through their stories, anecdotes, and memories, in order to preserve a precious memory for future generations.
Topics covered may include daily life, old shops, traditions, emblematic places, local expressions, or even small stories that have marked the city. This initiative aims to enhance the intangible cultural heritage of Pézenas and foster intergenerational connections.
Anyone wishing to share their memories is invited to contact the Ambroise Croizat Social Center. Applications are open until Friday, December 4, 2026. Selected individuals will then exchange with the students, who will prepare the interviews in advance. Preparation is scheduled for February 2027, before the podcast recordings in March 2027.
