The new restaurant Lolo Bowls officially opened its doors tonight, taking over from the previous establishment Crousti on Place Auguste Renoir in Valergues.
Led by Siméon and his team, the restaurant features a completely new menu focused on gourmet rice and pasta bowls.
This new culinary offering is expected to delight young people, for whom the venue is set to become a key meeting point, as well as older patrons, as there's no age limit to enjoying good food.
