The Centre de gestion de la fonction publique territoriale du Tarn (CDG81), in collaboration with Cap emploi, is actively participating in the 30th European Week for the Employment of Disabled People, scheduled from Monday, November 16 to Sunday, November 22, 2026. This event aims to promote the employment and integration of people with disabilities.
As part of the program, a Departmental Forum 'Disability & Employment' will be held on Wednesday, November 18 in Albi, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, in the Pratgraussals event hall. Public employers are invited to attend to recruit job seekers, offer professional immersion opportunities, provide information on employment pathways, promote their vacancies, and connect with partners. The event also serves as an opportunity for employers to highlight their commitment to the employment and retention of people with disabilities.
The DuoDay initiative is also being promoted, where a person with a disability pairs up with a professional for a day to experience a specific job and work environment, fostering understanding and breaking down prejudices.
Furthermore, the CDG81 reminds everyone that the professional elections for the territorial public service will take place from Thursday, December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM to Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Voting will be exclusively electronic via the website cdg81.eklesio.fr. Each voter will receive a voting notice in November. Telephone assistance is available 24/7 at 05 67 31 53 94.
Practical information and answers to frequently asked questions are available on the dedicated agent page on the CDG81 website. Local authorities are encouraged to disseminate this information to their staff. Six videos explaining the importance of voting are also accessible under the hashtag #ÉlectionsPro2026.
